   Great question! Yes, your MLS does provide you with a list of expired listings. However, what they don't provide you with is accurate contact information for the owner of the property. Either the MLS or the Real Estate agent that was previously representing that listing will remove the owner's name and phone number from the listing before it expires. This creates a time consuming and frustrating task for agents desiring to prospect, forcing them to research each expired listing to enable them to contact the owner.    Our service includes a contact/listing manager called the "RoLEDX". With this program, you can import all your MLS and FSBO listings, and have them compared with the National Do Not Call list. Currently we require that you download you own list from the online National Registry and import it into the RoLEDX to enable this feature to work. However, we are planning to automate this feature entirely in the near future!
   
7. Do I have to pay for individual counties in my MLS?
   No. The RedX will charge you only for your account subscription. There is no additional charge. Access to individual counties using your MLS depends upon the agreement you have with your MLS
   
8. What are the System Requirements to run RoLEDX 2004?
   In order to be able to use this system, there are several concepts with which you should have basic familiarity. These include the following:
   1. Sending and receiving email
   2. Using or browsing the internet
   3. Searching for expireds, cancelled, withdrawn, etc. listings through your MLS. (This means that you need to be a member of an MLS)
   Having said this, only the person using the system needs to meet these requirements. Should an assistant be the primary user of this service, then they would need to meet the above prerequisites. This person does not need a high level of computer proficiency. Basic familiarity with the above concepts is all that is needed.

   System Requirements to run RoLEDX 2004 are basic. RoLEDX 2004 runs on Windows ME, 2000, and XP. It does work with Windows 98 also, but is NOT totally supported for it. Basic requirements include:
   

   1. Windows ME, 2000 or XP
   2. At least 20mb of disk space
   3. Internet Access (a dial-up connection will work)
   4. Microsoft Word 2000/XP Recommended
   5. Member of an MLS System
9. Do you provide training for it?
